Subject: Sincere Apology for My Mistake During Pooja Celebration
Dear Sir,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to sincerely apologize for my behavior during the recent Pooja Celebration at our school.
On the day of the celebration, I was working at the school the entire day alongside other students and teachers. In the evening, I made a poor decision to stay at the school overnight with some friends. We noticed that the teachers had placed more sweets and fruits in a room and kept it locked. Unfortunately, we decided to break the lock and take the sweets and fruits.
The next morning, our actions were discovered, and our parents were called. We were rightfully given a punishment, and I apologize to you for this blunder.
I deeply regret my actions and the trouble they caused. It was a significant mistake, and I have learned an important lesson about respecting school property and the hard work of others. I want to assure you that I will never repeat such behavior and will strive to make better choices in the future. I understand the seriousness of my actions and the disappointment I caused to you and the school community.
Thank you for your understanding and for allowing me to learn from my mistake.
Best Regards,
Sachita Shrestha
