Students require more recreational time to better focus on class lessons. Studies have shown that students who enjoy a recess of more than 45 minutes consistently score better on tests immediately following the recess period. Clinical analysis further suggests that physical exercise greatly improves the ability to focus on academic materials. Longer periods of recess are necessary to provide students with the best possible chances of success in their studies. Physical exercise is just one of the essential ingredients for improving student scores on standardized tests.

a. My school library
A school library is a structure within the school that houses a collection of books, audio-visual material, and other content that serves the common use to meet the educational, informative, and recreational needs of the users. The chief objective of libraries is to meet the academic needs of the particular educational institution that they serve. Besides serving students in their studies and teachers in their research, libraries aim at creating interest in reading amongst the students who get the best of resources and environment here.
The types of books we can have access to in school libraries are fiction books, non-fiction books, reference books, literature books, biographies, General Knowledge books, Fables and folktales, cookbooks and craft books, poetry books, books in a series, and wordless books. It provides us with quality fiction and nonfiction books that encourage us to read more for pleasure and enrich our intellectual, artistic, cultural, social, and emotional growth. The environment of the school library is perfect for learning without getting disturbed. This makes it easy for us to learn and grasp faster. It provides teachers with access to professional development, relevant information, and reference material to plan and implement effective learning programs. Thus. The School library is helpful to every member of the school community, whether it's students, teachers, or any other staff member. It helps gain skills and knowledge for personal development. The school library has a positive impact on the academic performance of the students. It helps us develop the overall skills necessary to succeed in the modern-day digital and social environment. It is important to develop the habit of visiting the library regularly.
A library plays an important role in meeting the growing needs of people in literacy. The library is essential for self-education, a means of information and knowledge. Education is the complex social process of gaining knowledge and experience formally. It involves a system used for the development of the students. The library provides a spiritual, inspirational, informative, and interesting reading experience.
Finally, the library facilitates each student's access to essential resources and learning materials for a smooth learning process. It plays a vital role in a student’s life. The design, modern tools, and strategies of the school libraries change with the changing times. The library is thus a leap in the advancement of literacy provided in classrooms. Education and the library cannot exist alone and are inseparable. The library is an essential part of the educational system.

b. Moral values I like most
Nepal is a country known for its values since ancient times. We begin to learn moral values from our family. Here, children are taught to respect their elders, greet them properly whenever they meet them. A child knows that he should obey his elders, whatever they ask him to do. There are many examples from history that have represented the importance of moral values in life. One such example was when Lord Ram was asked to go to fourteen years in exile. Lord Ram could have denied it, but to keep his father’s words, he accepted the exile politely and went into exile.
Such values teach obedience in the mind of a child. Moral values are essential for all of us to make us live a life of a good human being. Moral values are principles that enable an individual to differentiate between proper and improper things or what is right and what is wrong. The society also teaches moral values. A person grows up with the values that are displayed in his or her personality. Community plays a significant role in influencing the moral values of individuals. The moral implications that are valued in society are integrity, honesty, loyalty, respect, and hard work. In every organization, a defined ethical code of conduct is expected to be followed by the employees for fundamental societal moral values. Organizations with people having ethical, moral values run more orderly and efficiently. Instead of just thinking about success and goals, moral values will give us the courage to look for others’ happiness. A person with better values is motivated and finds all possible ways to spread good feelings in and around them.
Moral values are the type of law defined by society to guide people on how to behave in daily life. Sometimes, one may have a different view and feel the moral guidelines are too harsh or wrong. Such guidance can be advised for the welfare of society. Moral values have more importance, such as to prepare children for their future roles to play in society, to understand the bad and the good for society and even for themselves, and respect for others, hard work, honesty, and forgiveness are an essential part of moral values.
Finally, we need to bear the right and stable moral values. Honesty, Righteousness, decency, hard work, and even self-decency are part of having a good moral value. People with high moral values are a very indispensable asset to others and also the society at large. So, it is we who have to take the first step forward. The children shall surely follow us. Moral values give us character and strength. If each of us followed some moral values in life, there would be peace and harmony. Besides, we shall have a bright future for the next generations as well.
