Writing I: Paragraph with Advice

Ayush is 14 years 14-year-old boy who lives in Biratnagar. He likes to sit on the sofa for hours every day watching TV and eating a lot of snacks. Write a couple of paragraphs about him. You may use the guiding questions given below.

 

a.      What is the problem with Ayush?           

b.     What should he stop doing to be healthy?

c.      What should he start doing?

d.     What advice would you give him to maintain a healthy life?  

 

Ayush has developed an unhealthy lifestyle. The problem with Ayush is that he spends long hours sitting on the sofa, watching TV, and eating unhealthy snacks. It shows he has not been able to balance his rest, exercise, and diet, which can negatively impact his health in the long run. To maintain a healthy life, Ayush should stop spending long hours sitting on the sofa and eating a lot of snacks.

Instead, he should limit his screen time, exercise for rest hours, and choose healthier snack options such as fruits and veggies. Ayush should also start including physical activities in his daily routine, such as going for a walk, playing a sport, or doing light exercise at home. Additionally, he should aim to have a balanced and nutritious diet that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Furthermore, Ayush needs to maintain a good sleep schedule and get enough sleep. Ayush had better find a balance between physical activity and inactive time. With these changes, Ayush can lead a healthy and fulfilling life.
