Yoga is an ancient form of practice that developed thousands of years ago in Hindu society. It has been practiced continuously since then. It includes a variety of exercises to help a person stay healthy. Yoga helps to get rid of various types of diseases and disabilities. Nowadays, stress is a common practice, which has a shocking effect on the body and mind. The main benefit of practicing yoga is that it helps reduce stress.
